PRAWN COCKTAIL

Traditional prawn cocktail, served with iceberg lettuce, cucumber, lemon and brown bread.
 

DUCK LIVER, ORANGE & WHISKEY PATE
Served with Melba toast & red currant jelly.
 

SCALLOPS, BLACK PUDDING & PEA PUREE
Scallop & black pudding seared until golden brown & garnished with a pea puree & crispy bacon.
 

BRIE WEDGES
Coated brie wedges garnished and accompanied with cranberry sauce.
 

RAINBOW FALAFELS
On a bed of humus, topped with pumpkin seeds & rocket. (Veg, V, GF)

Mains

TRADITIONAL ROAST TURKEY
Served with roast potatoes, honey roast parsnips, carrots, Brussel sprouts and peas. Accompanied with a pig in blanket, Yorkshire pudding & finished off with our Foldgate gravy.
 

NUT ROAST
Served with roast potatoes, honey roast parsnips, carrots, Brussel sprouts and peas. Accompanied with Yorkshire pudding & finished off with vegetarian gravy. (V, AGF)
 

FEATHER BLADE BEEF
Served with red cabbage, apple mash, carrots and peas.
 

SALMON EN CRUTE
Fresh salmon portion encased in an all-butter pastry served with sautéed potatoes, peas and herb sauce.
